Simple logger for you weight training, for intermediate and advance lifters. This app doesn't try to tell you what to do; it just logs your exercises and lets you see your progressive overload through graphs.All data is kept on your device, and can be shared via email, S or other text accepting apps.I’ve always love weight training. But due to injury and study I stop training 3 years ago and to focus on my studies in IT. I’ve been training again for the last 9 months, and have found going back to my journal and pen, then entering my weights and reps into an excel sheet whenever I want to see my progress, to be rather annoying.So I built this app to do one thing, track the weights, reps and volume, with graphical representation of my workouts. So I could adjust my training, frequency, diet or sleep whenever my weights, reps or volume of my workout begin to drop.No fancy 1 rep calculators or 10 thousand options to pick from, no locking me into isolating body parts, just quickly and easily enter my exercise, weight and reps, and having the app calculate volume and draw me some graphs of my progress. Letting me decided if I should keep the current training regiment, or begin to tweak my program again.Features - Custom exercise names. - Total set volume automatically calculated and displayed. - Unlimited number of sets and reps can be added. - Total set volume for individual exercises calculated automatically. - All data stored on phone. - Data can be shared with others via email and S - edit exercises names at any time - view line graph of exercise weight progression
